Not sure if I missed it or not, but did you put anywhere on your plan about researching articles or other readings that can help you and the committee in your research?
This is a very detailed action plan. I could see it working very well. At the time i don't see any problems with it, but i'm sure you will improve it along the way. Great work!
This is great, Sandra! I like that you are focusing on the top three problem areas. It can seem so overwhelming to address too many areas at once. I think that focusing on just a few items in need of improvement will help the staff to jump on board and work to make necessary changes.
